About Us
Oliver Shaw
I represent individuals and businesses in civil and real estate litigation throughout Colorado. My practice focuses on resolving property disputes, contract conflicts, easement issues, and other contested matters where clarity, preparation, and judgment matter.
I began my legal career in Colorado Springs as a civil litigator and have spent my career navigating disputes that carry real financial and personal consequences. My approach is practical and direct: understand the facts, assess leverage honestly, and pursue outcomes that make sense—not noise or unnecessary escalation.
Before returning full-time to civilian practice, I served as an active-duty Army JAG officer and Special Assistant United States Attorney, prosecuting criminal cases and representing the government in contested matters. I later continued serving in the Army Reserve as a Trial Defense Attorney. That experience sharpened my ability to evaluate cases under pressure, communicate clearly, and make disciplined decisions—skills that translate directly to civil litigation.
I founded Frontier Law to provide clients with straightforward guidance through an often complex and intimidating legal process. Whether the goal is early resolution or courtroom advocacy, I focus on preparation, credibility, and clear strategy at every stage.
Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time with my family—and running Colorado trails with my two German Shorthaired Pointers.
